Top Gun Mortgage, INC. opened its doors in 1996 in Denver, Colorado. Over the last several years we have opened many offices around the Western United States. Our offices include:   * The size of these offices where expanded in 2003 to accommodate additional Mortgage Specialists and an increase in market share.

Top Gun Mortgage, INC. is also licensed for future expansion in California, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Montana, and Idaho.

While Top Gun Mortgage, INC. is very competitive in the conforming mortgage market, our true strength is non-conforming and sub-prime loans. Sub-prime lending is not directly tied to any refinance boom or Real Estate trends that may occur.
